dual booting vista xp

does anyone know if i can dual boot xp and vista together to the point were it will not give me issues?

Yes, install both on separate disk partitions, and install Windows Vista after Windows XP and also, allocate a minimum of 15 GBs to Vista since you might want install applications and System restore uses a considerable amount of disk space. oh damn it, i only have a 20GB hard drive on that pc that i wanna dual boot the two OSs on.
i can always resize the disk portions. but i will not beable to get at least 15GB for vista. i will only be able to get 10GB for it because i wanna at least have about 10GB for the other OS as well.
the pc is an evo n600c. it uses multibay drives but to add another hard drive to it i'll have to remove the dvd drive.

I am running Vista on a 10 GB partition, but Vista eats up like 8GBs and it has gotten really slow. i know of a way to make it run faster but its a big risk. 2 years ago i made this new RAM technology. i made it for an ARMADA e700 with a 600MHz processor and it made it run faster then a pc with a 1.4GHz processor. i ended up remaking the technology for the other pc as well. the only problem with that is that the technology was too pc specific. the e700 was like 7 years old at the time i think. and the desktop was brand new. i think i might remake, if possible for the evo. if you are interested, i'll tell you how it works.

for some reason Microsoft Beta Client does not work on my pc correctly, i keep getting an error message saying there was an abnormal program termination when ever i try to upload an error report to microsoft. can someone please give me a link so i can redownload Microsoft Beta Client. that error happens on my WinXP pc and not on vista. i'll just post the info about the technology her. i'm guessing you already know how RAM works, right? my technology was based off of SD RAM from an Armada E700. since RAM works off of electricity i decided to take it a step further. i called my technology Electric RAM for some reason even though all RAM works off of electricity. i guess because it works a bit diiferently. it still uses electricy the same way for storing data on the RAM card but it does even more. it also takes extra electricity from the pc and uses it as "virtual RAM" much like a paging file but it works different. it does not slow down the pc like a paging file can. the extra electricity it takes in works differently then you think it would. even though it can add a lot more RAM to the PC it also does something else. for some reason it takes stain off of the processor as well like a 2nd CPU would but it does not have the processes pass though that fast. it can take in like 1 or 2 processes at a time but not that fast. it does not have the linite of 1 processes at a time like a normal processor. usually a CPU has to stop processing one thing to start on another. it does it is cycles but the electric RAM does not. it carries data like RAM does and does the processor thing. its just really slow for the processor speed though. its speed is the amount of extra electricity it takes in. also the more electricity it takes it the more "virtuall RAM" it will have. it will just work at the same speed as the normal RAM. the virual RAM and the secondary processor are basicly the same thing. the electric RAM can just runn processes through extra electricity that the pc has. whether its storage data from programs or processes. they are both limited. it takes a lot of strain off the processor which everyone would like. i made a 7 year old armada e700 work faster then a brand new 4403us. the processor speed in the 4403us was more then twice as fast as the armada laptop. i forgot the limite for the virualy RAM and the limite for the secondary processor. the secondary processor was just a virual one really. the elecric RAM just sorta could take in processes like a processor could without heating up like one. i just used to experement with the e700 to much. but the thing was there was like no control on it so it sorta controled it automaticly as it pleased. at least the thing had its limits. i made it work with windows xp. that was just v1.0
that laptop was really old though. i ended up frying the motherboard on it parially because of the technology but also because of something else as well. if you wanna hear that part of the story just ask.
since i had like 4 computers, 3 being armada laptops, and one desktop. i decided to try to made the electric RAM for the desktop. it worked about the same but with one difference, acually two. for one it had a control on it so it would not fry the motherboard or anything. the control made it work a lot better but still it worked automaticly. later on i ended up finding a way to turn in on and off. this was a great thing. you know the xp boot up skin, i ended up changing it to what i wanted it to be. in my boot up skin i put in a command for it to turn on and off and stuff. i made two boot up skins, one for on and the other for off. the one for it being off looks a lot better. i just got an application that let you change the boot up skin to whatever you wanted it to be. the reason why the one with the on command did not look as good because it had to initiate the command for the electric RAM to work. But it loaded up the pc faster. in a way it works better then hyper threading but for older computers. the desktop had a 1.4GHz processor. the newer version had better support for different configurations. my technology had better benchmark results then DDR RAM but not DDR2 RAM. i still have the benchmark results for the technology and stuff.

Yeh, you need to make sure that FTM4 is removed from the system first before FTM5 is installed, otherwise loads of problems occur. That's straight from the beta team as well :oP
